We have just moved in to our new family home built by Gray Building Group and could not be happier. From our first meeting with Steve and Michelle they were friendly, co-operative and willingly discussed our plans.
The office contained numerous displays of bathroom and kitchen accessories and if it was not on display Steve would provide a book containing all the details. As this was our first home built from scratch we found his input very helpful.
We were more than satisfied with the work carried out by the contractors hired by Gray Building Group. If we were at all unsure about work being carried out Steve was only a phone call away and would make a time to be on the site to discuss the procedure and put our minds at rest.

We are very happy with our home built by S.J & M.K.Gray Constructions.
It is very well built, within our budget and includes Smug Appliances, good fittings such as locks, door handles, A big selection of tiles to choose from for the bathroom, en suite, laundry & kitchen also formica for the kitchen.
Three coats of painting throughout the house. A beautiful kitchen with plenty of cupboards.
The house was completed on time & another big plus is that Steve is a local builder, you do not have to go back & forth to Sydney as you do with some builders and be appointed a supervisor. Steve is on the job and keeps you informed regularly.
His Wife Michelle and her assistant, Sue, are friendly and very helpful. You only have to cell in at their office at Speers Point or ring.
We cannot speak too highly of SJ Gray Constructions home builders.
