Local housing identity, Steve Gray has more than 30 years experience building homes throughout New South Wales.

He has worked on the South Coast and Illawarra area and, for the past 15 years in the Hunter and Central Coast districts.

He has played a hands-on role as this area has been transformed from a group of small hamlets to a highly desirable location away from the stress and expense of Sydney.

Steve Gray has worked in key construction positions with several of the largest building companies in New South Wales and continues to be actively involved in all his jobs, regularly visiting every site and client during the building program.

Many builders have come and gone in the Hunter/Central Coast but Steve has been there for the long-term.

This has also meant he has developed long-term relationships with the area’s best trade contractors and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards are met and, if there is a problem, they come back and rectify.

“Over the years we have worked with various government departments, including Defence Housing Authority, NSW Department of Housing and NSW Police Department,” Steve said.

“Today our focus is on building new homes to suit the needs of today’s discerning buyers.”

When Steve Gray started out in the early 1980s he was building mainly three bedroom face brick homes with one bathroom and a single garage.

Today the focus is on entertaining and large informal area, soaring rooflines and large four bedroom, two bathroom and double garaged homes.
